Sharing Christ's Love with International Students

Music at ICF

Music plays an important role here at ICF! We enjoy singing, learning new songs, hearing songs from around the world, and praising God as we go. We invite students to join us as we sing and make music to the Lord Jesus Christ. We use various musical styles, contemporary worship songs, traditional pieces, and music with an international flavor.

Students of all ages are invited to be a part of the music ministry, whether through instrument, voice, song suggestion, etc. We meet monthly to practice music, learn new materials, and to hone our skills of working together as a group.

Are you interested in contributing musically...see Ruth R. Hartunian-Alumbaugh, Music Director at ICF.  If you want to talk about music with her, call 423-9156.

Ruth Dagg comes to us with vast musical experiences and leads our times of music ministry, too. Between Ruth H-A and Ruth Dagg, ICF is never to be "ruth-less." Both keyboardist/vocalists bring skills and abilities to the table each Friday, in hopes of bringing glory to God through music.

On another note (?), Ruth H-A can answer those questions you may have about where to go for what you need, where to find "stuff" you want, and the people you may want to see to help you get there. She can be e-mailed with questions at Ruth@uconnicf.org. Please ask her anything you wish...she loves a challenge!

We are here to bring the Good News of Christ through music!
